Paris Hilton

Finally someone has some good sense and Paris Hilton will be spending 45 days in jail for a parole violation (driving on a suspended license following her drink-drive conviction). Although she says she's sorry but she´s innocent: "I did what I was told (by her manager). I would never just drive because I want to. I follow the law, I respect the law." Yeah right!!! Hellooo...What part of having her driver's license suspended didn't she understand??

Paris' parents, Rick and Kathy Hilton, both looked visibly upset as the sentence was handed down to their daughter. After the hearing, an outraged Kathy Hilton shouted at prosecutors: "You're pathetic!" before asking sarcastically: "Can I have your autograph?"
I still don't know why these rich people think they are above the law!!

Yes even rich people have to follow the law when they so obviously break it...I agree that sometimes they think they are somehow above it because in their minds the penalty for breaking it offers no determent for them. They have so much money that fines are meaningless. The only thing they could value is their freedom.

You all are way too gleeful! Even if you are a bit jealous of Paris and long to see her downfall, it reflects badly upon each of you who throw stones. Imagine living as she had…the prospect of jail must be terrifying, even if she has been less than circumspect, the lot of you should feel a bit ashamed by your meanness. I am not a Paris fan either.

@Pastry Artist: welcome!! and thanx for ur opinion and comment!!!!! its not like im envying her, if i ever did that i would go to jail and so its seems pretty fair she does the time as a normal person would!! having money cant make u any difference at the eyes of the law!! of course she must be terrifyin i would be too!!!!!so for everyone out there dont break the law if u wanna stay out of jail!!! :D
